North clearly expresses success and excellence. North is always the direction to follow on a compass. North is always “up”. North obviously refers to our geographical location. The “North” in our vision statement reminds everyone of the goal of performance and excellence.
All we can become expresses hope, confidence in potential, the possibility offered, clinical well-being (healing, adaptation or rehabilitation) or professional well-being (skill development, career, etc.).
The “we” refers to individual and collective responsibility; it is individually as well as collectively that the attitudes and behaviours necessary to become better in each aspect of the vision are developed.
