Mission
The Minganie MRC is a political entity composed of the mayor of each municipality in the Minganie territory and the prefect. The MRC administers regional services of a supralocal nature. Specifically, it is responsible for developing and ensuring the protection and enhancement of the territory in order to maintain and improve the living environment and quality of life of citizens, as well as the vitality of communities and various organizations, in compliance with laws and mandates assigned by government authorities and the municipalities that constitute it.

The MRC de Minganie is a region rich in its environment, natural landscapes, history, and heritage. It is this wealth that supports and will continue to support the maintenance and growth of its population, quality of life, and development while respecting the following principles:
