The Regroupement des centres de la petite enfance Côte-Nord (RCPECN) supports the development of a network of accessible, quality childcare services rooted in the realities of North Shore families. A true forum for consultation and collaboration, it brings together, represents, and supports the CPEs and coordinating offices in the region.
