Approach
Will be updated following strategic planning, alignment with the Alliance pour la solidarité, action plan for the Community Support Program (MIFI), which addressed one of the collective priorities (welcoming immigrants and newcomers).
Achievements
Collectively reviving collaboration after the pandemic, establishing a collective operating model that encourages participation and ownership by and for partners, workshops and training capsules on themes such as poverty reduction, citizen participation, the importance of distinguishing facts from opinions, moving meetings throughout the territory to ensure equity among different communities.
