Centraide Haute-Côte-Nord Manicouagan aims to improve the quality of life for local people, especially the most vulnerable, by playing a social leadership role and mobilizing the community. To achieve this, the organization gathers and develops financial and volunteer resources to help the various communities in its territory organize and promote mutual aid, social engagement, and self-reliance as means to improve the quality of life of its community.
